An alley running east and west, lying
and being situated between Lots 3 and 5, Block 12, original survey
to the City of Mount Vernon, Missouri.

Public Square:

All streets on public square shall
be one-way only and all vehicles entering thereon shall keep to the
right. No vehicle upon entering said square shall turn to the left,
except at each corner thereof to avoid traveling on or around said
public square.
