City of Clairton, PA Article III Alcoholic Beverages [1]

§ 255-41 Use permitted in certain areas.

It is unlawful to use or disburse alcoholic beverages within the confines of the Clairton City Park with the exception of:

A. The Clairton Park Lodge.

B. Clairton Park shelter facilities.

§ 255-42 Permit required.

No drinking shall be permitted in the Clairton Park Lodge or Clairton Park shelter facilities unless a permit has been acquired by the users from the Department of Recreation of the City of Clairton.

§ 255-43 Violations and penalties.

Any person, corporation or organization violating this article will be fined in an amount up to $600, plus costs of prosecution, and, in default of payment of such fine and costs, to imprisonment for a period not exceeding 90 days. In addition, all alcoholic beverages will be confiscated.
