No person shall use a facility of the City of Clairton for supervising,
teaching or coaching minor children under the age of 18 unless such
person registers with the City of Clairton copies of their Act 33,
34 and 151 clearances. Any organization such as a Little League, Girl
Scout, Boy Scout, Pony League, Colt League, American Legion, high
school and other sport team or organization for minor boys and girls
shall provide clearances for any and all adults involved in their
organization to the City before being permitted to use any City of
Clairton facilities.
Any person or organization violating any provision of this article
shall be fined not more than $300 and cost for each offense; and a
separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on
which a violation occurs or continues.
