The Board of Aldermen shall appoint a person to serve as Public
Information Officer.

The Public Information Officer shall be the City's liaison
to all media representatives and/or media organizations, including,
but not limited to, newspapers, TV, radio and Internet-based media,
and all other types or kinds of media. He/she shall be responsible
for all public information releases to media representatives and organizations
on behalf of the City.
