As authorized by and in accordance with Chapter 315 and Chapter 335 of this Title, when signs or other traffic control devices are erected giving notice thereof, drivers of vehicles shall stop or yield or otherwise obey said sign or device at every intersection or other location, designated herein, before proceeding.
