letters are hereby established at the following rates:

Editor's Note: This ordinance also repealed Ord. No. 1784,
adopted 10-10-2006, as amended, which had repealed and replaced former
Art. I, Fees for Services, Permits, Licenses, Reports and Letters,
adopted 11-26-1991 by Ord. No. 1505, as amended.

The fees provided for by this section shall be as stated above or
shall be based on the actual costs incurred, whichever is greater.
