Any and all City of Clairton recreational areas, including all parks, playgrounds, ball fields, swimming pool, walking trails and parking lots, are designated as "tobacco-free."
The community will be notified of the passage of this article, and appropriate signage will be posted designating tobacco-free areas.

It is an exception to this article for a person to engage in the use of tobacco while attending a function at the lodge or shelter, insofar as said function has been approved and permitted by the City.
Violators of this article will be immediately ejected from the park or recreational areas as outlined in § 318-1 of this article, and the City at its discretion may prohibit future use of said recreational facilities for repeat violators. The City may also cite said violators with the penalty being the maximum allowed by current statutes.
