This Part 1 shall apply to:
A. All site plans and subdivisions for major developments occurring
within the Pinelands Area that require preliminary or final site plan
or subdivision review; and
B. All major development projects undertaken by the City shall comply
with this Part 1.
In addition to other development review procedures set forth in the Code of the City of Estell Manor, major developments located within the Pinelands Area shall comply with the stormwater management requirements and specifications set forth in this Part
1. New agricultural development that meets the definition of major development in §
330-31 of this Part
1 shall be submitted to the appropriate Soil Conservation District for review and approval in accordance with the requirements of N.J.A.C. 7:8-5.4(b).
