A.
The following shall be designated as one-way streets in the City:

School Street from the intersection of School Street and Seneca
Street to the intersection of School Street and Center Street shall
be southerly only
|
B.
Penalty. Any person violating the provisions of this Schedule shall
be punished by a fine of not less than five dollars ($5.00), nor more
than fifty dollars ($50.00).
