There is hereby created, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:60-6b(3),
the office of Licensing Provision Enforcement Officer.

The Licensing Provision Enforcement Officer shall be appointed
pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:60-5g.[1]

section, was repealed 9-12-1990 by Ord. No. 90:09.
Pursuant to Chapter 51, Salaries and Compensation, of the Code of the Borough of Somerdale, the Licensing Provision Enforcement Officer shall receive a salary as provided by the Annual Salary Ordinance of the Borough of Somerdale, as it may be amended from time to time.
The Licensing Provision Enforcement Officer shall have the power
to enforce the licensing provisions contained in the ordinances specified
below, investigate possible violations of the same, inspect for compliance
with the same and shall have the police power to lodge complaints
in courts of appropriate jurisdiction or before appropriate tribunals
against violators thereof. Said Officer is charged with enforcing
the licensing provisions contained in the following:
The authority and power hereby granted to the Licensing Provision
Enforcement Officer is in addition to such enforcement powers as may
already be delegated to other individuals, officers or bodies in the
chapters aforementioned and shall not alleviate any such officer,
agency, body or department of delegated authorities and duties in
enforcing those provisions.
