A.
It shall be unlawful for any person, if in a public place, to purposely
cause inconvenience, annoyance or alarm to others or to recklessly
create a risk of such public inconvenience, annoyance or alarm.
B.
It shall be unlawful for any person, if in a public place, to revel,
carouse, disport or otherwise behave in a noisy, boisterous or rambunctious
manner, including shouting or emitting loud noises unnecessarily.
C.
It shall be unlawful for any person, if in a public place, to engage
in fighting, to engage in threatening behavior, to push, shove or
jostle those about him or to otherwise subject others to any unwarranted
touching.
D.
It shall be unlawful for any person, if in a public place, to disrupt
or disturb the public peace, tranquility and dignity without just
cause to do so.
As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the
meanings indicated:
Any natural person and, where relevant, a corporation or
an unincorporated association.
Affecting or likely to affect persons in a place to which
the public or a substantial group has access; among the places included
are streets and highways, schools, apartment houses, places of business,
worship or amusement, any neighborhood or the like.
