Village of Camillus, NY Article III Stop and Yield Intersections

§ 105-10 Stop intersections designated.

The following intersections are hereby designated as stop intersections, and no person operating a motor vehicle at such point of intersection shall pass through said intersection without bringing such motor vehicle to a complete stop before passing through or around such intersection:

The following intersections are designated as yield intersections, and yield signs shall be erected at such intersections as follows:

§ 105-11 Penalties for offenses.

It is a traffic infraction for a person to violate any of the provisions of this article, and any person so convicted shall be punished as provided by the Vehicle and Traffic Law of the State of New York.
