As used in this article, "commercial vehicle" shall mean a vehicle used in conjunction with any business or trade, such as any vehicle originally designed for purposes other than passenger transportation or for transportation of 10 or more passengers. This term shall include, but not be limited to, such motor vehicles as buses, delivery trucks, tractor-trailers or components thereof, refrigerated trucks, step vans, repair and tow trucks, dump trucks, trailers and other vehicles and equipment used for commercial purposes. Passenger-sized vans, suburban vehicles and pickup trucks, whether used for family transportation or commerce, shall not be included in this definition for purposes of this chapter.
Commercial vehicles having a nexus to property owners, occupants or businesses located in the Village of Camillus may be parked temporarily, even overnight if necessary, at the municipal parking lot adjacent to and north of the Village tennis courts which front on First Street.
A. 
Except as provided in § 105-14 above, no commercial vehicle shall be parked on or along any highway or upon any public property in the Village of Camillus; provided, however, that such vehicles parked temporarily in connection with a bona fide commercial service, sales or delivery to an abutting property shall be permitted.
B. 
Notwithstanding the foregoing, a commercial vehicle driven and used by the owner or occupant of the property may be parked in the driveway or garage of such property.
A. 
Campers, motor homes, recreational vehicles, snowmobiles, boats, similar recreation-oriented vehicles or trailers of any description shall not be parked on or along any highways in the Village of Camillus.
B. 
No "trailer" (as that term is defined under the New York Vehicle and Traffic Law) of any description which is not attached to a legally registered and insured motor vehicle shall be parked on or along any highways or upon any public property in the Village of Camillus, except those trailers parked temporarily in connection with a bona fide commercial service, and no trailer of any description shall be parked overnight on or along any highways or upon any public property in the Village of Camillus.
C. 
No recreational vehicle, such as, but not limited to, campers, trailers, mobile homes, travel homes, boats, etc., may be used for human or animal occupation/lodging, even temporarily, when stopped or parked in the Village of Camillus.

D. 
No owner or operator of a recreational vehicle shall discharge any effluent or sewerage from the recreational vehicle into the Village sewer system.

Penalties for offenses shall be the same as set forth in § 105-7 of this chapter, and the authority of a police officer to remove an illegally parked vehicle is set forth in § 105-6 of this chapter.
