Editor's Note: This local law superseded former Art. IV, Slope
of Sidewalks, adopted 1-3-1989 by L.L. No. 7-1988.
No person, firm or corporation shall construct, enlarge or commence using, after the effective date of this article, a driveway entering onto a Village road in the Village of Camillus without having obtained a special permit therefor from the Board of Trustees pursuant to §§ 110-9 and 110-11 of Chapter 110, Zoning, of this Code. No permits shall be required for any driveways validly in use prior to the effective date of this article.
