A. 
No building or structure hereafter erected, structurally altered, converted, enlarged or reconstructed shall exceed two (2) stories in height, or twenty-five (25) feet, with the exception of structures to be used for churches, schools or antennae for radio or television purposes.
B. 
No structure of any sort with the exception of churches and schools shall exceed forty-five (45) feet in height.

In the "A" Residential Single-Family Dwelling District and in the "C" Commercial Business District there shall be a front yard of not less than thirty (30) feet to the front line of the building and not less than twenty-five (25) feet to the front line of any open porch or paved terrace.

No building in the "A" Residential Single-Family Dwelling District or the "C" Commercial Business District shall be erected, converted, enlarged, reconstructed or structurally altered closer than four (4) feet to any side lot line, and no such building shall be constructed on any lot, the side line of which building shall be constructed on any lot, the side line of which building is nearer than eight (8) feet to the side line of an adjacent building. This side yard restriction shall not apply to a garage located on the rear one-third (⅓) of a lot; however, on corner lots garages must comply with front yard setback restrictions from all street lines as hereinbefore provided.
