The Board of Trustees of the Village of Camillus hereby confers
upon all officers and employees the benefits of § 18 of
the Public Officers Law, entitled "Defense and Indemnification of
Officers and Employees of Public Entities," as if hereinafter set
forth in its entirety, and agrees to be held liable for the costs
incurred pursuant to this article.
