No person shall throw or deposit upon any highways or roadways
in Town any snow or ice while removing snow from any driveway, public
or private, or leave snow or ice on any Town highways or roadways
so as to constitute a hazard in said highways or roadways.
Any person who violates the provisions of § 38-91 shall be punished by a fine of $25 for the first offense and $50 for a second and any subsequent offense within a two-year period.
