§ 212-119 Recommendation by Water and Sewer Advisory Committee.

§ 212-120 Adoption by Town Council.

The Town Council public hearing was on September 12, 1990, adopted by Bedford Town Council vote on September 19, 1990.

§ 212-121 Adoption of amendments.

The Town Council public hearing was on May 13, 2015, adopted by Bedford Town Council vote on May 13, 2015.

§ 212-122 Validity.

A. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.

B. The validity of any section, clause, sentence, or provision of this chapter shall not affect the validity of any other part of this chapter that can be given effect without such invalid part or parts.

§ 212-123 Interpretation.

The provisions of this chapter, with respect to the meaning of technical terms and phrases, the classification of different types of sewers, the regulations with respect to making connections to sewers or drains, and other technical matters, shall be interpreted and administered by the Director acting in and for the Town of Bedford, New Hampshire through the Town Council.

§ 212-124 When effective.

This chapter shall be in full force and effect immediately following its passage, approval, and publication, as provided by law.
