A.
It shall be unlawful to operate any motor vehicle on any public street
in the City at a speed in excess of twenty-five (25) miles per hour
unless a speed in excess thereof is authorized by signs duly posted.
B.
It shall be unlawful to operate a motor vehicle in excess of speeds
as set forth in the following Schedule:
