A.
No person shall park, leave standing or unattended a motor vehicle
on the following streets or alleys:
1.
On both
sides of West Lake Street from the intersection of Kansas Avenue (aka:
Main Street USA) to the City limits.
2.
On both sides of Missouri Highway 5 from the North City limits to
the South City limits except that portion of the East side of the
roadway from the entry to the Marceline R-V bus barn (320 feet North
of the intersection of Howell Avenue at the flashing yellow light)
to Santa Fe Avenue.
3.
On the West side of Cedar Street between Santa Fe Avenue and California
Street.
4.
On the South Side of California Street between Cedar Street and Pine
Street.
5.
On the South side of Santa Fe Avenue between Kansas Avenue and Chestnut
Street.
6.
On the East side of South Chestnut Street between West Wells Street
and West Curtis Street between the alley to the stop sign.
7.
The North side of the 200 Block of East Santa Fe Avenue within the
area 94 feet from the intersection of Missouri Highway 5.
8.
The South side of E. Howell Avenue between Cedar Street and Pine
Street.
B.
Provided, however, this shall not be applicable to commercial vehicles
parked for a short duration for the express and exclusive purpose
of loading and unloading said vehicle.
C.
Any person found in violation shall be fined an amount not to exceed
the sum of five hundred dollars ($500.00).
