GENERAL REFERENCES
Food establishments — See Ch. 224.
The Township hereby adopts the Pennsylvania Food Code, presently
set forth at Title 7, Chapter 46, of the Pennsylvania Code, as the
same may be amended from time to time, as though fully set forth in
this chapter.
This chapter shall become effective upon its adoption by the
Board.
All ordinances, resolutions or parts of ordinances or resolutions
directly conflicting with the provisions of this chapter are hereby
repealed to the extent of any such inconsistencies only.
