The duly elected or appointed Tax Collector of the Borough of
Boyertown is hereby authorized to charge the sum of $25 for any and
all certifications issued by said office. The Council for the Borough
of Boyertown shall have the authority to revise the fee imposed under
this section from time to time after the effective date of this section
by the adoption of a resolution for that purpose.[1]

The duly elected or appointed Tax Collector of the Borough of
Boyertown is hereby authorized to charge a fee in the amount of $5
for preparation of any duplicate tax bill requested from said Tax
Collector. The Council for the Borough of Boyertown shall have the
authority to revise the fee imposed under this section from time to
time after the effective date of this section by the adoption of a
resolution for that purpose.[1]
