No person, firm or corporation shall operate as a broker (except
insurance or real estate) of any articles, goods, property or tickets
without being licensed therefor as is herein provided; provided that
this article shall not be construed to require an additional broker's
license from employees of a licensed broker.
The annual license fee shall be $50. The licensee shall pay an additional fee based upon the square footage of the business premises as prescribed by § 11.16.
