It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to
deliver coal, wood, petroleum products, fuels, or any other type of
gasoline or fuels within the City without first having obtained a
license as herein provided.
As used in this article, the following terms shall have the
meanings indicated:
The delivery to any home, apartment building or store within
the City of petroleum fuels or products of any nature for immediate
use or consumption on the premises. Deliveries of the same for resale
by established businesses or service stations are hereby excluded.
