No person, firm or entity shall operate a public garage without
having first obtained a license.
The annual license fee shall be $50. The licensee shall pay an additional fee based upon the square footage of the business premises as prescribed by § 11.16.
The storage of junk, abandoned or inoperable motor vehicles
is strictly prohibited. All public garages must be maintained free
of debris and otherwise in conformance with the relevant provisions
of the Municipal Code.
