This article shall be known as the "Independence Township Municipal
Parking Ticket Form Authorization Ordinance."
The purpose of this article is to allow the McDonald Police
Department to use the standard municipal parking tickets when patrolling
within Independence Township. By allowing the McDonald Police to use
the current forms, it is believed cost, efficiency, and implementation
will be better served.
The McDonald Police Department is permitted and authorized to
use the standard municipal parking tickets (attached hereto as Exhibit
1).[1] Said municipal parking tickets are made a part hereof
by said attachment. Said municipal parking ticket form may be used
to enforce the laws and ordinances of Independence Township, Washington
County, Pennsylvania.
