Town of Somerset, MD Town Hall

The structure located at 4510 Cumberland Avenue, Town of Somerset, shall be designated as the Somerset Town Hall. The grounds and parking area immediately adjacent to this structure are included as a part of the Town Hall.

§ 5-16 Use regulations.

Council to adopt rules. The Council shall adopt rules and regulations governing the use(s) of the Town Hall.

Rental fees. The Council shall, by resolution, establish rental fees for the use of the Town Hall meeting room.

Residence requirement. Only residents, or nonresidents sponsored by a Town resident, may rent the Town Hall.[1]
