A.
Joint Action Emergency Government Ordinance No. 26-93 of the Board
of Supervisors of Marathon County, providing for a county-municipal
joint action civil defense plan of organization, was adopted by said
County Board on the December 21, 1993. A copy of County Ordinance
No. 26-93 is made a part hereof by reference, and is hereby ratified
and accepted between the Village of Spencer, County of Marathon, as
provided by said Joint Action Ordinance.[1]
B.
The County/Municipal Emergency Government Director, appointed and
employed by the Marathon County Board as provided in the referred-to
ordinance, is hereby designated and appointed Emergency Government
Director for the Village of Spencer, subject to the conditions and
provisions as set forth in the Wisconsin Statutes and the Marathon
County Joint Action Ordinance.
