Zoning — See Ch. 410.
In regard to the operation of a salvage yard in the Town of
Vinland, Winnebago County, Wisconsin:
A.
A permit must be annually applied for and granted by the Board of
said Town.
B.
The cost of the permit shall be as prescribed in the current Town
Fee Schedule.
C.
Salvage yards shall comply with all applicable regulations, including
Town zoning regulations. The Town Board may attach conditions to such
permit.
