§ 42-1 Joint action agreement.

A joint action ordinance of the Board of Supervisors of St. Croix County providing for a county-municipal joint action emergency government plan of organization was adopted by said County Board on the 17th day of April 1962. A copy of said county ordinance is made a part hereof, by reference, and is hereby ratified and accepted by the City of Glenwood City, St. Croix County. This ratification and acceptance of the joint action ordinance shall constitute a mutual agreement between the City of Glenwood City and County of St. Croix as provided by Section 1 of said joint action ordinance.

§ 42-2 Emergency Management Director. [1]

The Common Council will appoint the Emergency Management Director for the City of Glenwood City.
