The Caln Township Board of Commissioners hereby approves that
certain agreement entitled "Franchise Agreement between Caln Township
and Comcast of Southeast Pennsylvania, LLC" (the "Agreement"), which
is attached hereto and incorporated herein as if set forth herein
in its entirety.[1] If any provisions or terms in the agreement conflict with
the provisions in the Caln Township Cable Communications Regulatory
Ordinance adopted on September 29, 2005, as Ordinance No. 2005-14,
the provisions in the agreement shall prevail.
