Any person who is convicted of violating a provision of this
Section 8 shall be deemed guilty of a petty misdemeanor, unless otherwise
provided for by state or federal law, and, upon conviction thereof,
shall be subject to the penalty provisions set forth in this Section
8. Each day this Section 8 is violated shall be considered a separate
offense unless otherwise specified in Resolution No. 839-15 establishing
the fees and fines.
