[Adopted as Ch. 2, Art. III, Div. 4, of the 1990 Code]
The City Clerk shall perform such duties as may be prescribed
by the City Council or City Manager, and shall generally do and perform
all duties and exercise all the powers by law incumbent upon or vested
in a Town or City Clerk.
The City Clerk shall be the Clerk of the municipal officers.
