Pursuant to the authority conferred to the Town Board under
§ 512(1-a) of the New York Real Property Tax Law, the date
on which the Town of Sullivan Board of Assessment Review shall meet
to hear complaints in relation to real property tax assessments on
the 2014 Tentative Assessment Roll (i.e., "grievance day") shall be
the first Tuesday after the fourth Tuesday of May.

The date on which the Town of Sullivan Board of Assessment Review
shall meet to hear complaints in relation to real property tax assessments
on the 2022 Tentative Assessment Roll and on the Tentative Assessment
Rolls for each year thereafter (i.e., "grievance day") shall be the
fourth Tuesday of May.
