A. 
No person, business, or entity shall deposit more than one cubic foot of garbage or recyclable material per day into any waste or recycling receptacles owned or maintained by the Township.
B. 
It shall not be unlawful to deposit into waste or recycling receptacles owned or maintained by the Township any small amounts of garbage, trash, rubbish, litter, or recyclable material generated locally in the course of travel including, but not limited to, individual newspapers, food, individual retail beverage and food containers and wrappings, and other similar containers.
C. 
Nothing herein shall limit the amount of waste or recyclable material that may be deposited at any Township municipal yard or transfer station.
A. 
No person, business, or entity shall bring any waste, garbage, litter, refuse, rubbish, municipal solid waste, medical waste, or other waste or recyclable material into the Township for the purpose of disposing of the same in any waste or recycling receptacle owned or maintained by the Township.
B. 
No person, business, or entity shall deposit municipal solid waste or commercial garbage or recyclable material into any waste or recycling receptacle owned or maintained by the Township, except as provided in this chapter.
This article shall be enforceable by any member of the Police Department, the Director of Public Works or his designee, or the Health Officer or his designee.
A. 
Any person convicted of a violation of this article is subject to a fine of not more than $2,500 for a first offense, and not more than $10,000 for a second and every subsequent offense.
B. 
Each day during which the violation continues shall constitute an additional, separate and distinct offense.
C. 
If a person is convicted of a violation of the provisions of this article, the court shall, in addition to the penalties provided herein, require the person to perform community service for a term of not more than 90 days.
