The Westminster Police Department is hereby designated in the
place and stead of the Carroll County Sheriff as the primary law enforcement
unit for the purposes of receipt of records in accordance with Title
12, Title 17, Subtitle 10 and Title 20 of the Business Regulation
Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland.
