Minimum electrical service of 100 amperes shall be provided.
The owner of every dwelling and multifamily dwelling unit shall provide
this minimum service, said installation being made in accordance with
the law.
The provision stated herein shall be enforced at the time of
occupancy change and/or transfer of ownership and shall be a condition
precedent to the issuance of a certificate of occupancy.
