A.
The penalty for a conviction of a violation of the International
Existing Building Code shall be a minimum fine of $100 and a maximum
fine of $1,000.

B.
In addition to the foregoing fines, a conviction under the foregoing
chapter shall also be punishable by imprisonment for up to 30 days.
