Pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 39:4-140, the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule G (§ 432-38), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as through streets. Stop signs shall be installed on the near right side of each street intersecting the through street, except where yield signs are provided for in the designations.
A.
Pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 39:4-140, the intersections described in Schedule H (§ 432-39), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as stop intersections. Stop signs shall be installed as provided therein.
B.
Additions and deletions. The Mayor and Council may, by resolution
duly adopted and in compliance with N.J.S.A. 39:4-8 and 39:4-140,
designate additional intersections in the Borough as stop intersections
or delete as stop intersections any of those hereby or hereafter established.
Pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 39:4-140, the intersections described in Schedule I (§ 432-40), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as yield intersections. Yield signs shall be installed as provided therein.
