A Board of Health is hereby created in and for the City of Lock Haven. The said Board shall be constituted as provided by the Third Class City Code, Act of 1931, June 23, P.L. 932, Article XXIII, §§ 2301 to 2304 and 2307 to 2311, as amended, 53 P.S. § 37301 et seq.,[1] and shall perform all the duties and may exercise all
the powers conferred by law upon boards of health of cities of the
third class.
