The Lock Haven Firemen's Relief Association of Lock Haven,
Pennsylvania, be and it is hereby officially recognized by the City
Council of the City of Lock Haven, Pennsylvania, as an organization
formed for the purpose of maintaining an association for beneficial
and protective purposes to its members and their families in case
of death, sickness, temporary or permanent disability or accident,
from the funds collected therein.

The aforesaid Lock Haven Firemen's Relief Association of
Lock Haven, Pennsylvania, be and it is hereby designated by the City
Council of Lock Haven, as the proper association to receive such funds
as are due and payable to the City by the Treasurer of the State of
Pennsylvania from the foreign fire insurance tax on account of volunteer
firefighters.

The City shall, within 60 days of receipt, pay to the Association,
all such sum or sums of money that may hereafter be due and payable
to the City by the Treasurer of the State of Pennsylvania, on account
of volunteer firefighters in accordance with the Foreign Fire Insurance
Tax Distribution Law, Act No. 1984-205, § 701 et seq., 53
P.S. § 895.701 et seq.
