The compensation of the Mayor of the City of Lock Haven shall
be $4,800 annually, for terms beginning January 1, 2014, and thereafter.
The compensation of the Councilmen of the City of Lock Haven
shall be $3,600 annually, for terms beginning January 1, 2014, and
thereafter.

Pursuant to the provisions of the Local Tax Collection Law,
Act of May 25, 1945, as amended,[1] the compensation of the City Treasurer as Tax Collector
shall be established by ordinance adopted during the year in which
general elections are held to elect the City Treasurer.

Pursuant to the provisions of the Local Tax Collection Law,
the annual salary of the City Treasurer for the performance of City
Tax Collector functions and duties is hereby established at the rate
of $600 per year for each of the years 2014 through 2017.
Pursuant to the provisions of the Optional Third Class City
Charter Law,[1] the annual salary of the City Treasurer is hereby established
at the rate of $600 per year for each of the years 2014 through 2017.
Said salary is compensation for all the powers, duties and functions
relating to the collection, receiving, safeguarding, accounting for
and payment over of public monies of the City of Lock Haven.
