GENERAL REFERENCES
Property maintenance — See Ch. 307.
No person shall deposit, or permit to be deposited, dump or
place any leaves, grass cuttings, snow or refuse of any kind or nature
whatsoever, in, on or along the streets and alleys of the City of
Lock Haven, excepting leaves or snow falling on the public sidewalks.

A.
Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to prohibit the Council
of the City of Lock Haven from establishing dates and periods of time
in emergencies and occasions which may arise, for allowing such placing
of refuse in or along the streets of the City of Lock Haven.
B.
Penalty. Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any provision
of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay
a fine of not more than $1,000 plus costs and, in default of payment
of said fine and costs, to a term of imprisonment not to exceed 30
days. Each day that a violation of this chapter continues shall constitute
a separate offense.
