A. 
It shall be unlawful for any minor under the age of 18 years to loiter, idle, wander, stroll, play or operate or be in a vehicle in or upon the public streets, highways, roads, alleys, parks, playgrounds or other public grounds, public places and public buildings, places of amusement and entertainment, vacant lots or other unsupervised places in the Borough of Spring Grove, between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m., prevailing time:

The provisions of this section do not apply to a minor accompanied by his or her parent, guardian or other adult person having the care and custody of the minor or where the minor is upon an emergency errand or legitimate business directed by his or her parents, guardian or other adult person having the care and custody of the minor or where legally recognized employment of such minor makes it necessary for him or her to be in or upon said places between said hours, in which event such minor shall carry on his or her person a certified card of employment signed by the Mayor.
It shall be unlawful for the parent, guardian or other adult person having the care and custody of a minor under the age of 18 years to permit such minor to loiter, idle, wander, stroll, play or operate or be in a vehicle in or upon the public streets, highways, roads, alleys, parks, playgrounds or other public grounds, public places and public buildings, places of amusement and entertainment, vacant lots or other unsupervised places in the Borough of Spring Grove between the hours of the days and months of each year as indicated in § 186-1 above; provided, however, that the provisions of this section do not apply when the minor is accompanied by his or her parent, guardian or other adult person having the care and custody of the minor or where the minor is upon an emergency errand or legitimate business directed by his or her parents, guardian or other adult person having the care and custody of the minor or where legally recognized employment makes it necessary for him or her to be in or upon said places between said hours, in which event such minor shall carry on his or her person a certified card of employment signed by the Mayor.
A. 
Any person violating the provisions of this chapter shall pay all costs of prosecution and a fine as follows:

(1) 
For a first offense: $50.
(2) 
For a second offense: $75.
(3) 
For a third and each subsequent offense: $100.
B. 
Each violation of the provisions of this chapter shall constitute a separate offense.
