Pursuant to the provisions of the Michigan Electrical, Mechanical
and Plumbing Code, in accordance with § 8b(6) of 1972 PA
230, the Electrical, Mechanical and Plumbing Code Official of the
City of Corunna is hereby designated as the enforcing agency to discharge
the responsibility of the City of Corunna under 1972 PA 230, State
of Michigan. The City of Corunna assumes responsibility for the administration
and enforcement of said Act throughout its corporate limits.
