Should any damage be done to school property or other personal property by persons not authorized to be on school property during the course of or as a result of any disturbance or commotion on the school property or in the streets, alleys, parks or other public places which adjoin the school property, then all persons who are not authorized to be on the school property at that time, who take part in the disturbance or commotion, shall be guilty of violating § 50-219 and shall be punishable as provided in § 50-217.

Any person who is not authorized to be on school property at the time who shall violate § 50-219 shall be punishable by a fine as prescribed in § 1-14 of this Code.

No person who is not a member of the student body or who has been suspended, or who has dropped out of school, shall disturb or disrupt the normal school instructional program by creating or causing to be created any disturbance or loud noises or commotions of any kind upon any school property, or in any street, alley, park or other public place in close proximity to the school.

(a) 
No former student who has dropped out or quit school, or who has been suspended from school, shall enter upon or into any school property within the City without first having received authorization from the school authorities to so enter.
(b) 
Any person violating the provisions of Subsection (a) of this section who shall fail, neglect or refuse to leave the school property after being instructed to do so by any school authority shall be punished as provided in § 1-14.

(a) 
It shall be unlawful for any person between the ages of 14 years and 17 years of age to loiter, idle, congregate or remain in or upon any street, alley, park or public place in the City between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 6:00 a.m. immediately following, unless such person is accompanied by his parent, guardian or other person having legal custody, or while the performance of some lawful employment of such minor makes it necessary that the minor be upon a street, alley, park or public place during the nighttime, between such specified hours, and except as otherwise provided in this section.
(b) 
It shall be unlawful for any person under the age of 14 years to loiter, idle, congregate or remain in or upon any street, alley, park or public place in the City between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. immediately following, unless such person is accompanied by his parent, guardian or other person having legal custody of the minor.
(c) 
Any person of the age of 16 years or over assisting, aiding, abetting, allowing, permitting or encouraging any minor under the age of 17 years in violation of provisions of Subsection (a) and (b) of this section is guilty of a misdemeanor.
(d) 
Students attending school functions or functions sponsored or authorized by public or private schools, or community-sponsored functions, shall be at their respective homes within 60 minutes after such programs close. This shall include sporting events.
(e) 
A student working between the hours set forth in Subsection (a) of this section shall secure a card or note from his employer if he is upon the streets or public places between the hours above set forth, and shall, between those hours, have his card in his possession and exhibit the card to any officer upon request.
(f) 
It shall be unlawful for any parent, guardian or other person having the legal care and custody of any minor under the age of 17 years to allow or permit any child, while in his legal custody, to violate Subsections (a) and (b) of this section.
(g) 
Each member of the City police department, county sheriffs department, deputy sheriff, or state police, or other police agency, while on duty, is hereby authorized to arrest without warrant any person within his presence violating any of the provisions of this section and detain such person for a reasonable time until complaint can be made and warrant issued and served.
(h) 
Any person, either a minor under the age of 17 years, or parent or guardian or legal guardian of any such minor, violating any of the provisions of this section shall be punished as provided in § 1-14.

Any person who shall violate § 50-41, including the parent or other person having custody of the minor child under the age of 18 years, shall be liable to the owner of any property damaged or destroyed in an amount double the actual costs of repairing or replacing the damaged property; the extra amount to cover the damage of delay, loss of use, etc.

Any parent or other person having custody of a minor child who shall be guilty of violating § 50-41 as provided for in § 50-226 shall be punished as provided in § 1-14.

The parent or any other person who has custody of any minor child under the age of 18 years, who shall fail or neglect to train or instruct their child in the property rights of others, which minor child has violated § 50-41, shall be equally guilty with the child of violating § 50-41; and in the event of violation of § 50-41 by any minor child under the age of 18 years, it shall be presumed that the parent or other person having custody of the child failed in their duty to train and instruct the child in the property rights of others.
