GENERAL REFERENCES
Parks and recreation areas — See Ch. 332.
There is hereby created and established in and for the Borough
of Penns Grove a Recreation Committee.
Said Recreation Committee will consist of nine members, with
five members to be appointed by the Mayor and Council for five years,
two members to be appointed for three years, and two members, who
must be serving on the Borough Council, to be appointed for a term
of two years.
Said Recreation Committee shall have the authority to expend
funds from the recreation budget subject to the approval of the Borough
Council.
