As used in this article, the following terms shall have the
meanings indicated:
An open, unoccupied space on the same lot with a building,
situated between the nearest roofed portion of the building and the
street line of the lot and extending from side lot line to side lot
line. It is not intended to include all or any part of a paved driveway
leading either to a legal parking area at the side or rear of lot
or to an attached or detached garage.
A.
The parking of automobiles, buses, motorcycles, trailers and other
vehicles in the front yard of lots within the Borough is prohibited
at all times, except during snowstorms.
B.
Automobiles, buses, limousines, trucks and similar vehicles are prohibited
from parking on any grassed area or nonpaved area of the property.
C.
Automobiles, buses, limousines, trucks and similar vehicles are prohibited
from being parked in the rear of the home unless it is a paved driveway.
Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of this
article shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $500 for each
offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each
day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
