No person shall place any material at curbside which is inconsistent
with the Town's disposal contract provisions or state mandates
on recycling (310 CMR 19.00), each as they may be amended from time
to time, nor take any other action contrary to said contract provisions
or state mandates on recycling.

No person shall without authority deposit any ashes, rubbish,
refuse, offal, or decayed animal or vegetable matter on any public
or private land, except in accordance with such rules or regulations
as the Select Board or the Board of Health may make from time to time.
