For the purposes of these Bylaws, the Town of Middleborough is hereby divided into the following types of districts.

The location and boundaries of the Zoning Districts are hereby established as shown on the Zoning Map certified by the Town Clerk of Middleborough, dated May 14, 2001 revised through October 5, 2015. This Zoning Map, as may be amended, with all explanatory matter thereon, is hereby declared to be part of this Bylaw.
